The “INASS Express” is welcoming contributions
related with the journal's scope.
The operations of "INASS Express" are supported and administered by volunteer contributors.
Articles published in INASS Express are expected to make a substantive contribution to scientific research or technological development and must fulfill the following requirements 1 through 5 below.
The paper is objectively judged to have creativity.(Creativity)
The paper is objectively judged to have originality.(Originality)
The paper contains no obvious error.
The paper is non-problematic with respect to copyright laws.
The paper must be original and must not have been previously published in any released or publicly accessible publication prior to submission to "INASS Express".
* The review article (Survey research) is not acceptable for publication.
In general, decisions will be made after peer-review. (See Reviewer Guidelines.)
Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by two referees: one member of the editorial committee and one external reviewer. The Editor-in-Chief will compile the evaluation reports and issue the final decision to the author(s). The review process typically takes approximately 10 days. The decision will be communicated to the author(s) via 'MyPage' within 10 days of the manuscript’s receipt.
Notification of the review outcome will be provided as either Evaluation A (Accept as is) or Evaluation B (Reject). If the manuscript is accepted, an early access version will be published on the website following the camera-ready submission process. INASS Express is an annual journal, and submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Manuscript submitted to this journal signifies that it has not been published previously, has not been copyrighted, has not been submitted elsewhere and the author(s) agrees that the copyright for article will be transferred to the publisher upon acceptance of the article. Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable.
If the plagiarism is detected, the manuscript may be rejected and the author's institution/employer notified. Besides, a fine of USD5,000 is requested to authors.
INASS is committed to the preservation of all intellectual content. We ensure reliable long-term digital preservation by employing periodic backups and a RAID1 system architecture, thereby safeguarding data integrity and availability to the greatest extent legally permissible. Our preservation strategy is designed to maximize the impact of researchers' contributions while making efficient use of available resources. In addition, all papers published in INASS Express are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure persistent access and citation.
